Side Effect Management in retinoblastoma

There may be many or one of the side effects outlined below that you may have to deal with when your child undergoes treatment for retinoblastoma and importantly no matter what you may face do follow the advice of the doctors, don't react or panic no matter what situation you are faced with, it may be tough seeing your child in agony but you will have to be calm and respond to the situation at hand rather than emotionally react to a situation.

Monitor every vital sign and small issues that you may face with your child and these can be dealt with minimal impact to the health of the child. In case of radiation therapy side effects do follow the advice of your doctors regarding various diagnostic tests that need to to be conducted to nullify the presence of other secondary tumors.
